Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Order Processing
- Sellers process orders after payment confirmation within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
2. Shipping Charges
All product prices displayed on Autocultive are inclusive of shipping charges.
There are no additional shipping fees at checkout.
We do not offer free shipping separately, as delivery costs are already factored into product prices.
- Shipping costs are included in the product price because sellers include their courier charges in the selling price
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are usually delivered within 7–20 business days depending on product type and location.
Remote or special-order products may take longer.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, supply chain issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID
You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website or in your Autocultive account.
5. Delays & Exceptions
Deliveries may be delayed due to strikes, natural calamities, public holidays, or other unexpected factors.
We will keep you informed in case of major delays.
- Autocultive is not responsible for courier delays, as shipping is managed by sellers
6. Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is returned to the seller due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we may deduct return handling charges before issuing a refund.
