We do not offer free shipping separately, as delivery costs are already factored into product prices.

5. Delays & Exceptions

Deliveries may be delayed due to strikes, natural calamities, public holidays, or other unexpected factors.

We will keep you informed in case of major delays.
- Autocultive is not responsible for courier delays, as shipping is managed by sellers
6. Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is returned to the seller due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we may deduct return handling charges before issuing a refund.
