- Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
2. Shipping Charges
All product prices displayed on Autocultive are inclusive of shipping charges.
There are no additional shipping fees at checkout.
We do not offer free shipping separately, as delivery costs are already factored into product prices.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are usually delivered within 7–20 business days depending on product type and location.
Remote or special-order products may take longer.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, supply chain issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID
You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website or in your Autocultive account.
5. Delays & Exceptions
Deliveries may be delayed due to strikes, natural calamities, public holidays, or other unexpected factors.
We will keep you informed in case of major delays.
6. Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we may deduct return handling charges before issuing a refund.
